Eddy A. Dingman's is a licensed commercial real estate and business broker who specialized in golf courses, marinas, and waterfront properties nationwide and internationally. His strengths lie in solidifying sales, specializing in golf course and marina sales totaling more than $200 million to date. A former owner of a marina resort, he has an in-depth understanding of research and land development and has dealt with many governmental authorities in facilitating real estate transactions. Gregory Oehler joined the team at National Golf and Marina Properties Group in 2016. Greg Oehler concentrates on the golf and investment sectors of commercial real estate. A native of Buffalo, New York, he assumed the role of CEO of HUNT Commercial Real Estate in 2008 and remained in that position until he relocated to South Florida in 2014 and affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT. He currently works out of the Coldwell Banker office in Boynton Beach, FL and continues to maintain his New York State real estate license. Experienced in both company start-ups and acquisitions, Greg has successfully managed companies with annual revenues in of $3.5 to $7.0 million. Besides his range of capabilities in sales, marketing, finance and accounting, Greg is a motivated team leader who recognizes client opportunities and utilizes a meticulous approach to transaction completion. With his broad-based experience in real estate and business finance, Gregory will be advantage to both buyers and sellers within the golf and marina acquisitions. His extended and proven track record make him a valuable team member of our group.
